Microsoft and Premiere Global Services (PGi) are experiencing an issue that is affecting the ability of some Lync users to hear audio during online meetings. The issue arises when a Lync meeting includes participants who are using computer audio (Voice over IP) and participants who have dialed in to the meeting using their phone. Meeting participants who use these different audio methods will not be able to hear one another. If all participants in a meeting are using the same audio method, they will be able to hear one another. Microsoft and PGi engineers are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
