Update: Intermittent Box Issue Preventing Some Users from Logging In, Previewing Content, and Downloading Files has been Resolved

Box.com has resolved their issue that intermittently affected the ability of some users to access their pitt.box.com accounts, preview files, and download files earlier this afternoon. Box.com indicates that some files uploaded during the previous three hours may not be immediately available for preview or download, but will be once Box.com clears its backlog.

Box.com is experiencing an issue with its service that is currently affecting the ability of some users to log in to their pitt.box.com accounts, preview files, and download files. Box is working to resolve their issue, which is affecting all box.com users, not just those at the University of Pittsburgh. We will update this announcement with more information as it becomes available.
