Service Provider Maintenance Affects Some Software Downloads on October 27

Kivuto, the service provider for the On the Hub online software store, has scheduled maintenance on Sunday, Oct. 27, outside the University’s standard downtime period. 

Access to download software through pitt.onthehub.com—including Microsoft software for personal purchase and Adobe software for students, faculty, and staff—will be unavailable from 8 a.m. to noon ET during the maintenance period. The University’s Software Download Service (software.pitt.edu) is not affected by this maintenance.
