Your IMAP email has a storage size limit of 250 MB (megabytes). When the space taken up by your email messages begins to approach your storage limit, you will receive a warning message. You should attempt to manage your mailbox size by deleting mail items and then expunging them. If you do not expunge messages after deleting them, they will continue to take up storage space in your mailbox. You can change your Webmail preferences to make deleting messages easier by following the instructions in the help sheet below.
