Classroom Reservation Policies:
- Credit courses are limited to twelve hours of reservation per session/per term.
- In-house training can only be scheduled up to 200 hours per term per unit.
- The G27 Cathedral of Learning facility can be scheduled with a 5 hour daily limit.
- The 1077 Benedum Lab can be scheduled with no daily limit.
- The 1201 Posvar Hall Lab classroom can be scheduled with no daily limit.
- A 50 percent minimum device usage ratio will be enforced. If less than 50 percent of the devices are in use by the scheduled group, the rest will be made available for public use. Users who are not participating in the class session are not permitted to talk while in the classroom.
- Reserved classrooms cannot be held more than fifteen minutes beyond the scheduled start time of the class.
- Classrooms may not be reserved within two weeks of the start of final exams (period defined by the University Calendar).
- Classrooms may be reserved during finals week.
