Consulting for Resident Students

If you live on the residence halls, Residential Consultants (ResCons) are available to provide on-site technical support.  ResCons are students living in the University residence halls who can help with campus network connections, virus and spyware removal, software installation, data backups, and much more. To schedule an appointment with a ResCon, call the Technology Help Desk at 412 624-HELP [4357].

If you are interested in becoming a ResCon, you can apply for student employee positions online. Positions are also available for Campus Computing Lab Consultants and Clerical Assistant/Administrative Support.
