Using Compatibility View in Internet Explorer 10

The most recent version of Microsoft's Internet Explorer Web browser, Internet Explorer 10, comes bundled with Windows 8. Some Web sites may not yet work correctly in Internet Explorer 10, including the Secure Remote Access service. You can still use these Web sites in Internet Explorer 10 by turning on Compatibility View.

To turn on Compatibility View:

1. Click the Compatibility View button on the address bar.

Compatibility View off

2. The button will turn blue to indicate that Compatibility View is turned on.

Note: If the Compatibility View button does not appear in the address bar, it means the Web page has no issues displaying in Internet Explorer 10
