Training

CSSD provides training to faculty and staff for a number of technology services to help people better use the technology services available at the University.

Orientation

CSSD provides an overview of our technology services at all orientation sessions for new employees. Information is also provided to new students during summer orientation sessions such as PittStart.

PeopleSoft Student Administration System

CSSD provides regular classes for staff who are new to using this system. For more information, visit the PeopleSoft Info community in the University's Web portal, my.pitt.edu.

New Service Training

As needed for new service offerings, CSSD will announce classes to the specific audience requiring training.

Telephone Services

On request CSSD will provide customized training for specific telephony needs.
