Pitt App Store Requires Reinstallation on iPhone/iPad

In order to access or download apps via the Pitt App Store, iPhone and iPad users must reinstall the Pitt App Store using the latest version. It is necessary to take the steps below due to a recent iOS security update from Apple. Note: this issue does not affect Android or Windows devices.

To uninstall the app:

  1. Lightly press and hold the Pitt App Store icon until it moves.
  2. Touch the x that appears on the app icon.
  3. Tap Delete.

To reinstall the app, follow the installation instructions on the Pitt App Store page for iOS smartphones and tablets.
