Resolved: Intermittent Microsoft Issue Affecting Inbound Calls to Skype for Business Phones from Verizon Wireless Customers

Microsoft has resolved the intermittent issue with its Skype for Business service that affected the ability of Verizon Wireless customers to place calls to University Skype for Business phones. Full functionality has been restored.

Microsoft is experiencing an intermittent issue with its Skype for Business service that is affecting the ability of Verizon Wireless customers to place calls to University Skype for Business phones. The ability of Skype for Business phone users to place calls is not affected.

Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to restore service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
