Resolved: Intermittent Vendor Issue Affecting Access to Ask Cathy and Some My Pitt Services

rSmart has resolved the intermittent issue that yesterday affected the ability to perform searches in My Pitt, log in to some My Pitt services, and log in to askcathy.pitt.edu.

rSmart, the service provider for Ask Cathy, is experiencing an intermittent issue with its service that is affecting the ability to perform searches in My Pitt, log in to some My Pitt services, and log in to askcathy.pitt.edu. rSmart is aware of the issue and working to restore service.
