The vendor has resolved the issue that affected the ability to perform searches within My Pitt and askcathy.pitt.edu earlier this morning.

rSmart, the service provider for Ask Cathy, is experiencing an intermittent issue with its service that is affecting the ability to perform searches within My Pitt and askcathy.pitt.edu. The issue also affects the display of tasks within Ask Cathy. rSmart is aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Updates will be posted as they become available.
