We are pleased to announce that Skype for Business phones will receive an update during the standard downtime period beginning at 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16. This update should enhance the stability and reliability of the Skype for Business experience and move us closer to a resolution of the sign out issue that some users have experienced.
Your phone will restart after the update is complete. You should not need to sign in to your phone after it restarts. Should you see a “Sign In” button on your phone’s display after the update, follow these steps to sign back in.
