Update: Issue Affecting Technology Help Desk Live Chat Feature Resolved

The issue that briefly affected access to the Technology Help Desk’s Live Chat feature earlier this morning has been resolved.

An issue is affecting access to the Technology Help Desk’s Live Chat feature, which provides the ability to chat online with a Help Desk analyst. CSSD engineers are working to resolve the problem and restore service.

Students, faculty, and staff can still contact the Technology Help Desk for assistance at any time by submitting an online help request form, calling 412-624-HELP [4357], or sending an email to helpdesk@pitt.edu.
