20 Minute Overnight Outage of Wireless PittNet this Weekend

Network maintenance during the standard downtime period on June 24-25 will affect Wireless PittNet service on the Pittsburgh campus. While the maintenance is underway, buildings on the Pittsburgh campus will experience an interruption of up to 20 minutes in Wireless PittNet service between 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24 and 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 25.

Wireless service will not be affected in all buildings at the same time. Please contact the Technology Help Desk at 412 624-HELP [4357] if you have any questions about this announcement.

The University's Emergency Notification Service (ENS) provides University students and employees with critical information in the event of an emergency using voice, text, and email channels. This service is designed for use with portable devices and is only one aspect of a layered approach to notifying the University community of emergencies.

Not all of the services available through My Pitt have been added to Ask Cathy yet. If you can’t find the service you are looking for in Ask Cathy, try accessing it through My Pitt (my.pitt.edu). We also encourage you to click the Send Feedback link in Ask Cathy and submit that service you would like to see added.

Why am I prompted to log in to some services in Ask Cathy but not others?
