Why can’t I find the service I’m looking for in Ask Cathy?

Not all of the services available through My Pitt have been added to Ask Cathy yet. If you can’t find the service you are looking for in Ask Cathy, try accessing it through My Pitt (my.pitt.edu). We also encourage you to click the Send Feedback link in Ask Cathy and submit that service you would like to see added.

Why am I prompted to log in to some services in Ask Cathy but not others?

Maintenance on July 11 Will Affect My Pitt Documents

A file server upgrade scheduled for the standard downtime period on Saturday, July 11 will affect documents that are displayed within My Pitt. Documents will be unavailable from 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11 to approximately 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2015.
