Schedule a Video Conference
Only video conferencing equipment which has been certified can schedule a video bridge.
Please request a video bridge date at least two business days in advance. For more complex conferences or for conferences involving many locations, please provide us with as much advance notice as possible. This will help to ensure each meeting site has time to participate in the required test conference.
Once a conference is scheduled, the host who requested the video bridge will receive an email confirming scheduling details and information to be passed along to the conference participants.
A test conference is required prior to the actual video bridge. The confirming email will also include information about the scheduled test conference. Conducting a test conference will help identify and correct any problems in advance of the video bridge. Each meeting site must participate in a test conference prior to the actual video bridge. If additional test conferences are required, or if you need to adjust the scheduled test conference, please contact CSSD.
To schedule a conference submit a Video Conferencing Bridge Scheduling Request.
