Student Information System Unavailable During Image Update Scheduled for Jan. 28-29

PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft/HighPoint Campus Experience (CX) will be unavailable during vendor maintenance scheduled for the Student Information System beginning at 11 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28. This work is expected to last until 8 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 29. The systems will be returned to service earlier if work is completed ahead of schedule.

This routine maintenance is necessary to maintain the security, stability, and reliability of the Student Information System.

Phishing Alert: Office 365 Email Scam Attempts to Collect Pitt Credentials

Pitt Information Technology is aware of a new phishing scam targeting the University of Pittsburgh community. The scam claims recipients have been detected logging in to Office 365 from two different universities. It asks recipients to provide their Pitt credentials to avoid deletion of their Pitt Email account. The Subject of the message is typically “Email Upgrade” or similar text.

PRISM Unavailable During Extended Upgrade Dec. 8-12

PRISM, the University of Pittsburgh’s enterprise financial system, will be unavailable during an upgrade scheduled from 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8, through noon on Monday, Dec. 12.

Zoom Changes Require Action By Nov. 5
