Strengthening Support through One IT @ Pitt
The HR Information Systems and Pitt IT Human Capital Management (HCM) teams have united to support Oracle HCM, including Pitt Worx and Talent Center. Through One IT @ Pitt, we have strategically integrated efforts with the Office of Human Resources to streamline operations, enhance user experience, and provide strong support for our HR systems.
Through the One IT @ Pitt initiative, Pitt IT has partnered with the Swanson School of Engineering to deliver integrated technology solutions that strengthen academic and research support. This collaboration has streamlined IT operations, enhanced user experience, and aligned technical resources with the School’s strategic priorities. By fostering close partnerships and leveraging Pitt IT’s expertise, we continue to provide robust support that empowers innovation and excellence in engineering education and research.
Enabling Customer Success
At the core of Pitt IT’s ongoing organizational transformation is an unwavering focus on customers. Our new Customer Success team works side-by-side with 29 units and schools to deepen our understanding of their needs and identify solutions to meet their unique goals.
